Hey! Welcome to Lighthouse Teaching! My name is Zach Callies, and I am passionate about building the kingdom of God and showing people a better way.

The heart behind the mission began when, in a moment of desperation, I called out to the lord for help. He revealed to me a powerful truth, that he wanted to be my friend. Up until this point, I saw God like most, very distant and impersonal, however, he showed me that he wanted a relationship with me more than he wanted anything else I could offer. A personal relationship with God changed everything, and I began to see the Bible now as the true word of God. Everything that I had suffered with, depression, anxiety, and fear, I could now battle with scripture.

My desire is to teach people how to overcome their challenges with scripture and be a light wherever they go, as they develop a personal relationship with Jesus.
